Amendments
To amend a booking you've made on our web site, you'll need to call us on 0871 360 2002 (if you are dialling from outside the UK, call +44 1303 815424), quoting the booking reference you need to amend.
We don't charge any administration fees for amending bookings, unless the amendment causes a reduction in the original number of rooms or nights booked (for hotel bookings only).
Cancellation Policy
Stansted Hotel Bookings:
Cancellations on the same day as booking - no charge, full refund. Thereafter £15.00 per room, per night. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the stay date/or after. Amendments will only incur a £15.00 fee if the change reduces the number of rooms or nights originally booked.
Stansted Parking Bookings:
Cancellations - £9.50 per booking. This applies to all bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before departure. Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours are charged for the full amount of the booking. We offer a cancellation waiver, which at just 99p for airport parking bookings represents great value. This small charge will protect your customers from the £9.50 parking cancellation charge, should they be affected by unforeseen circumstances when they are due to go on holiday. |
